About Our Special Services

Excalibur offers all oil well cementing services. Whether working off a rig or from our coiled tubing we can complete your pumping jobs. We offer a fleet of cement pumps, smaller drivable single pumps for tight locations or our large double pumper capable of pumping 7 bbls/min at 10,000 psi. With support trucks and equipment included no job is too big or too small for our cementing services.

Customers have used our 1 ½” coiled tubing units for acid jobs, foam cleanouts, well stimulation, and cementing programs. Working at depths of up to 8,000 feet and pressures up to 5,000 psi, coiled tubing is a time and cost saver. Excalibur can rig up coiled tubing over common cellars and under most rig tubing boards without the use of an auxiliary crane.

Excalibur’s Special Services also include circulating pump rentals. They are adaptable to most jobs. With JWS340 pumps and standard or linear shakers our pumps have integrated pits and hoppers for mixing and rolling fluids.

With flatbed trailers and vacuum trucks available, transportation of tools, equipment, tubulars and non-hazardous fluids can be handled by our trucking fleet. All or our equipment is serviced to the highest standards. Pre and post driving inspections, monthly equipment audits, annual DOT inspection and Quarterly BIT inspection keep our wheels turning, while regular emission tests allow us to surpass California Air Resource Board (CARB) standards.
